Preheat oven to 350. Stir together graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into 10-inch spring form pan, bake 10 minutes and set aside. To make the filling, melt the chocolate in the microwave, let cool slightly and reserve. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese together with brown sugar substitute until creamy, beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in salt and melted chocolate. Stir in 1/2 of the chocolate chips. Pour mixture over crust and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake 30-40 minutes or until filing is set. Cool completely before unmolding. (24 carbohydrates per serving). |
