- In a medium bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs and egg just until combined.
- Divide meat mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick oval patty.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray and add patties. Cook 6 minutes or until browned, turning halfway through. Remove patties from pan; keep warm.
- Whisk in water and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute more.
- Add patties. Cover and reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes.
