Combine cocoa, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl, set aside. Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla until fluffy; blend in eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to batter. Blend well. Pour into generously greased pans. Cover lightly with flour. Two 8 or 9 inch pans or one rectangle pan. Bake 350 for 30-40 mins. This cake is mixed by hand, not electric mixer |
