| Directions | Cut the shortening into the flour, baking powder and salt. Beat the egg in a one cup measuring cup. Add the vinegar to the egg. Fill the cup to 3/4 mark with cold water. Add to flour mixture. Mix well. Makes 3 double pie crusts. Store in refrigerator for later use. |
