| Directions | For Spicy Peanut Sauce:
- In a quart jar, combine peanut butter, lime juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, agave and water. Close jar and shake well.
- Add cilantro, garlic, ginger and chili powder and shake again until ingredients are all combined.
To assemble wraps:
- Lay out the lettuce leaves.
- Place a tablespoon of Napa cabbage into each leaf.
- Add 1 tablespoon each of chicken, broccoli, carrots and scallions on top of cabbage.
- Drizzle with Spicy Peanut Sauce.
