| Directions |
- Preheat a large skillet to a medium-high heat.
- Butter one side of the bread. With a small cookie cutter remove centers from bread.
- Place bread, butter side down into the skillet. Crack an egg into each bread hole. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until eggs are cooked to your desired consistency, flipping if preferred.
