Directions
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place vegetables on the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with olive oil and seasoning; stir to coat evenly.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes until vegetables start to carmelize.
