| Directions | Preparation:
- Take a piece of bacon and cut into 1/3. Take a strip and wrap around thawed meatball. Stick a toothpick in it to hold it together. If the bacon is a little short you can stretch it, this will make it shrink over the meatball and it looks really good when done.
- Powder with your favorite BBQ rub to taste.
Grilling Moinks:
- Preheat grill to LOW 300F.
- Cook them slow and turn as needed so the bacon juices get into the moinks while they cook.
- Once the bacon is cooked, they are ready for sauce. Brush each one with the BBQ sauce of your choice and let cook until glazed.
