| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, egg, onion and seasonings.
- Put broccoli in a large mixing bowl. Stir in soup mixture and mix well. Add cheese and mix until combined.
- Spread mixture into prepared baking dish, and smooth top of casserole.
- In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers and butter. Sprinkle on top of broccoli mixture.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes in the preheated oven.
