Sift first five ingredients together in bowl. Make 3 holes in the flour mixture.
Put vanilla in the first hole, vinegar in the second hole and oil in the third hole. Pour cold water all over and beat thoroughly. Bake in a 9"x13" greased pan at 350° for 30 minutes or until done. Delicious when served warm with whipped cream.
