 | Directions |
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large plastic bag, combine the potatoes, soup mix and olive oil. Close bag, and shake until potatoes are fully covered.
- Spread potatoes onto lined baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
