| Directions | - Combine peaches, onions, sugar, lime juice, oil, mint, chile pepper, salt, black pepper and five-spice powder in medium bowl. Let stand at least 30 minutes.
- Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill quartered spiral bone-in ham according to preference.
- Place ham on serving platter; top individual pieces with the peach mixture.
