Preheat oven to 425°. Spray 4 custard cups (3/4 cup each) with cooking spray. Mix semi sweet chocolate chips and butter together and melt in the microwave. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour mixture evenly into the prepared dishes and place onto a cookie sheet. Cook 11-13 minutes until sides are firm but center is soft. Scrape sides with knife to loosen. Cover dish with plate, then flip so dessert is upside down. Serve with whipping cream or ice cream and serve immediately. |
