| Directions | - Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and shallots; cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in marmalade, mustard, vinegar, chipotle sauce, salt and pepper. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally; set aside.
- Prepare grill for medium heat.
- Grill ham steak 5 minutes; turn over. Brush with half of the marmalade mixture; continue grilling 10 minutes, or until ham reaches an internal temperature of 160°F when tested in center with meat thermometer, turning and brushing with the remaining marmalade mixture after 5 minutes.
