RAISIN PIE 4 - Recipe

Directions
Cook raisins in water over low heat until plump and tender then boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in all ingredients except lemon juice. Put mixture in pie shell. Add lemon juice and put 3 pats of butter on top. Put crust on. Top with vent holes. Pie should be browned. Bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes.
