- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Stir in onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute. Add frozen peas and chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover, and cook until the peas are tender, about 6-8 minutes.
