| Directions |
- Cut sausages into bite sized pieces and place in a large sauce pan over medium high heat.
- When sausage starts to brown add veggies.
- After sausage is browned and the onions are clear, add the tomato paste.
- When well mixed add the crushed tomatoes and the tomato sauce; drop heat down to medium low.
- When well blended add the spices and salt to taste.
- In another large pot filled with water, add salt and olive oil; bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook to desired doneness.
- Strain pasta and turn off the sauce.
- Spoon sauce over pasta and enjoy.
