| Directions |
- In large pot of briskly boiling salted water add pasta broken into thirds. Cook as directed (6-11 min); drain and set to the side.
- In a sauce pan, add olive oil. Saute onions and garlic until soft, add peppers and cook until bright green (but not soft).
- Slice cooled sausages in half, then into 1/4" strips. Stir frequently to marry flavors. As soon as the onions are soft and clear and peppers are just about soft, add cooked pasta and mix.
- Sprinkle with kosher salt, mix and serve.
