| Directions | Note:You can use all light brown sugar if you do not have both dark and light available.
- Sift sugars, flour, and salt. Fold in egg white and vanilla. Fold in nuts carefully.
- Drop small bits (2 or 3 pecans per cookie) on cookie sheet with buttered parchment paper. Bake at 275 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
