| Directions |
- Mash the bananas in a small bowl and set aside
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl and set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar together, then add egg.
- Add banana to the butter-sugar-egg mixture and fold in.
- Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, add banana mixture, and stir only until combined.
- Add chips to the batter and fold in gently.
- Using cooking spray or butter, coat a loaf pan.
- Add batter to loaf pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then turn out onto rack to cool completely.
