| Directions |
- In a large bowl add turkey, dried onion soup, spices, and bread crumbs.
- Remove seeds from all peppers.
- Peel onion and cut into quarters.
- In a food processor, mince peppers and onion.
- Add pepper and onion mixture to bowl.
- Add egg to bowl mixture.
- With gloves mix all together thoroughly with hands.
- Spray 10" square baking dish with non stick spray.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place meatloaf mixture in baking dish.
- Spread Hoisin sauce on top of mixture.
- Bake approx 40 minutes or until meatloaf temperature registers 160 degrees.
- Remove from oven.
- Remove extra juices with turkey baster and discard.
- Let meatloaf rest approx 15 minutes and serve.
