| Directions |
- Chop and sautee onion in olive oil in a large frying pan.
- Add ground beef and brown.
- Add defrosted spinach and curry paste; mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add Coconut milk and chile powder; simmer an additional 5 or 10 minutes.
- Can serve over rice or couscous if you are not carb conscious.
