| Directions |
- Tear bread into small pieces and leave out overnight.
- Finely chop celery and onions.
- Sautee celery and onions in frying pan with 1/4 cup of butter.
- Add 1 lb. of ground hot sausage to sauteed vegetables. Brown sausage until fully cooked.
- Add handful of sage and poultry seasoning to torn bread in large mixing bowl.
- Add in sausage, celery, and onion mixture to the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands.
- Add in 1 cup of chicken broth until mixture is moist and firm (add a little water if your bread is still dry).
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degree and cook for 40-45 minutes.
