| Directions |
- Put water and sugar in a large saucepan and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add cream of tartar, lemon juice and crumbled Ritz crackers. Do not stir.
- Mash down after the crackers have absorbed all the water.
- Place back on the stove and cook 1 minute.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter and cinnamon.
- Place in a 450 degree oven and cook 15-25 minutes.
