Chicken Gunk - Recipe

A delicious one pan dish/casserole that my Mom made up with what was left in the cabinet!

Directions
  • Cook onions in butter until soft.
  • Add chicken and then salt and pepper to taste; cook 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from pan and cool slightly.
  • To pan, add tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add liquid from can of sweet peas; stir.
  • Add bag noodles and enough water to mostly cover noodles.
  • Add chicken to noodles.
  • Cover and bring to simmer until noodles are done; stir in peas.
  • Once they are heated, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with salad!

-4 chicken breasts
-1/4 cup butter
-1 medium union, sliced
- Salt and pepper
-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, can add more to taste
-1 can tomato soup
-1 can sweet peas
-1 package egg noodles
