| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 370 degrees.
- Combine flour and baking soda in small mixing bowl, then set aside.
- In medium mixing bowl beat butter peanut butter, brown and granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until mixture is smooth.
- Beat the egg into the peanut butter and sugar mixture.
- Slowly add flour mixture.
- Stir in morsels and pecan pieces.
- Shape dough into rounded tablespoon size and drop onto ungreased baking sheets (or parchment paper is great).
- Press down slightly with back of tablespoon.
- Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges start to set and turn slightly brown.
- Cool on baking rack and serve.

- | | 1 cup Nestle Chocolate Morsels (or your favorite flavor) |
