| Directions |
- Place olive oil, 1 tbsp orange marmalade and chicken in large saucepan, sear on med/high heat for several minutes until white with some golden brown color, remove and place chicken and all juices in slow cooker.
- Add marmalade, honey BBQ sauce, fresh ginger, flour, and soy sauce. Cook for 1 hr. on medium setting.
- Boil 1 3/4 cups water, add rice. Bring to a boil again, add butter, reduce heat, simmer stir gently once more.
- Cover and simmer for 9 minutes or until rice begins to stick to the bottom of the saucepan.
- Fluff, salt to taste. Serve chicken over rice.
