| Directions |
- Drain liquid from both cans of yams, pour into a large casserole dish, and mash until smooth.
- Mix in brown sugar until equally distributed.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Take out of the oven and top with marshmallows. Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until top is melted and golden brown.
