Easy Cheesy Potato Soup - Recipe |

- In large saucepan, fry bacon on medium high until golden brown and crispy.
- Add butter and melt; add celery, carrots, onions, and garlic. Saute on medium/high for 2 minutes.
- Add potatoes, water, bouillon cubes, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer on medium/low for 20 minutes.
- Add cheese and simmer stirring occasionally until melted.
- Add mashed potato flakes and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add more milk or more potato flakes to desired thickness.
- Serve!
