| Directions |
- Cut artichokes in half lengthwise.
- Trim leaves and stem.
- Scoop out bristles from above heart.
- Cut off top 1/4 an inch of artichoke.
- Boil artichokes for 15 minutes.
- Take out artichokes from water, dry off.
- Heat olive oil in a pan until hot.
- Set art hearts flat side down into oil.
- Add crushed garlic cloves.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Occasionally shake pan to make sure artichokes don't stick.
- Once arts are browned, pour in lemon juice.
- Remove from heat and let sit until they cool.
- Eat em up!
