| Directions |
- Boil chicken breasts until fully cooked (usually 10 to 15 minutes).
- Cut or shred chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
- Turn skillet on high (dry) and pour in minced garlic and let caramelize.
- Place chicken pieces in the pan once garlic has browned.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of chicken broth from the boiled chicken (or use canned broth).
- Cook on high until chicken broth has cooked down and chicken starts to brown.
- Turn off heat and stir in the Tony Chachere's mix.
- Mix in celery, apples, grapes, pecans, sugar and mayonnaise.
- Serve in pita bread or on crackers.
