| Directions |
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Rip the bread into pieces and put it in a mini food processor. Whir it around a few times and voila!... fresh crumbs.
- Combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, freshly ground black pepper, and about half of the tomato sauce in a large mixing bowl. Mix together just until combined.
- Place the mixture into a glass meatloaf pan and pour the remaining sauce over the top. Put it in the oven and let it bake for an hour.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
