| Directions |
- In a small saucpan, combine orange zest, cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, water, and sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, uncover and let stand for 1 hour.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a punch bowl, discarding the solids.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the spiced syrup and stir. Add an ice ring before serving.
