| Directions |
- Boil sausage until cooked; then slice in half circles and fry slightly with onions and garlic. Drain grease, if any.
- Add all other ingredients (except tortellini, zucchini, and parmesan cheese).
- Cook until the carrots are somewhat tender. Add zucchini and tortellini and cook till zucchini is tender.
- Add the tortellini about 10 minutes prior to serving so that it doesn't get overcooked.
- Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

- |  | 1 package cheese filled tortellini (8 oz. bag) |
- |  | 1 tablespoon parsley |
- |  | pressed fresh garlic to taste |
- |  | grated fresh parmesan cheese for garnish |
