Pour 1 C. orange juice into saucepan.Sprinkle gelatin on juice. Heat over low heat, stir till dissolved, pour into bowl. Chill till slightly thickened. Mix together yogurt, vanilla and pureed peaches and fold into gelatin. Pour into mold or individual dishes. Chill till firm. Serve topped with sliced peaches and/or whipped cream. [Suggestion: use low fat or non fat yogurt.] |
