| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large skillet, melt bacon grease over medium high heat. Brown seasoned pork chops on both sides. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and saute onions until slightly caramelized, approximately 8 minutes.
- In a large casserole dish, layer potatoes, carrots and onions. Place pork chops on top.
- In the same large skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt the remaining butter. Add flour and cook until smooth, approximately 1 minute.
- Add milk and poultry seasoning, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour over pork chops.
- Cover casserole dish and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
