| Directions |
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add the garlic and oil. Cook about 5 minutes.
- Add the broccoli-rabi. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the sausage patties as directed; set aside.
- Split open the rolls, add the sausage, broccoli-rabi, tomatoes, and then the cheese.
- Place the panini sandwiches in a nonstick grill pan on the stove and put a heavy can or weight on top.
- Cook about 3 minutes on each side.
