| Directions |
- Pour oil into skillet and add butter; melt butter.
- Cook onions, mushrooms and sliced kielbasa until onions are translucent.
- Drain spinach in colander.
- Cook spaghetti to desired tenderness.
- Mix in and heat spinach and spaghetti.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
