| Directions |
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- In a skillet, cook onion and garlic with butter for about 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and broccoli and cook about 2 minutes.
- Add cooked sliced sausages and the white wine. When the liquid begins boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook another 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9 1/2-inch diameter x 1 1/2-inch deep Pyrex pie plate.
- Pour the cream on top and sprinkle on the cheese.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese bubbles.
