| Directions | Peel and chop apples. Beat oil and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add pudding and flour, one cup at a time. Add vanilla, apples, raisins and nuts. Mixture will be stiff. Bake in a 13 x 9 pan or tube pan that has been greased and floured. Bake in 350° oven for 50-60 minutes. This cake is good with caramel icing but may be served without icing. |
