Directions
  • Roast the chicken with salt and pepper until done.
  • Heat a pan with olive oil; cook the sausage with onions and peppers until soft; then add the garlic and chicken.
  • Add the marinara sauce and 1 package demiglace sauce; stir.
  • Add a dash of red pepper flakes and finish cooking until sauce is heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

-1 Premio Italian sausage cut into large rings
-1 red bell pepper - sliced
-1 green bell pepper - sliced
-1 onion - sliced
-1 can marinara sauce
-1 package demiglace sauce
-2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-1 clove garlic - chopped
