| Directions |
- Cut the crusts from the bread.
- With a rolling pin roll bread slices to make them flexible.
- Spread salsa on one side of each bread slice, and then sprinkle on the cheese.
- Place a cooked sausage at the top of each bread slice.
- Roll up firmly seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Secure each roll with a pick, then brush the top and sides with the oil.
- Bake at 375 degrees F. 10-12 minutes or till the bread is golden brown and crisp.
- Combine the ingredients for the relish in a small bowl till well mixed.
- Remove the picks from the sausage wraps and serve topped with some relish.
