Directions
  • Brown sausage in a little olive oil.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a bowl, break and beat the eggs add the cheeses, and then drain and add the sausage meat, thaw the spinach and squeeze all the water out.
  • Mix everything together and pour into pie shell.
  • Bake on the bottom rack for about 45 minutes then check for doneness.
  • When it is done, a toothpick will come out clean.
  • If it starts to brown too quickly, then cover with foil loosely till done.

-1/2 package frozen spinach
-1/2 cup parmesan cheese
-1/2 package shredded mozzarella
-4 Premio sweet thick sausage or 1/2 pound Premio sweet ground sausage
-1 deep dish pie crust
