| | Directions |
- Heat oven 400 degrees F.
- Cook sliced potatoes and sweet potato in the microwave for 7 minutes.
- They just need to be half cooked.
- In a deep glass pie dish, layer sliced potato, sweet potato, sausages, chopped onion and apple then, another sliced potato at last.
- Pour mixture of cream of mushroom and milk over the layers.
- Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
