| Directions |
- Add oil to bottom of large foil pan enough to just cover the bottom.
- Ad the sausage with the potatoes peppers and onions, cover with foil.
- Place on hot grill at a medium heat for 45 minutes.
- Remove from heat and uncover.
- Add the clams, shrimp and crab leags and recover with foil.
- Continue cooking on grill for 1/2 hour to 45 min.
- This is done when clams open and shrimp is pinked.
