| Directions |
- One 10 - 14 pound fresh turkey, cleaned, rinsed, patted dry and lightly seasoned with sea salt and pepper.
- Bathe cavity and under the breast skin with room temperature butter.
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Cut sausage links into 1-inch pieces, brown in fry pan and add to mixture.
- Add seasonings and melted butter.
- Mix well and spoon lightly into the cavity of the ready-to cook-turkey.
- Close openings with skews and lace.
- Bake turkey according to package directions, basting and seasoning with pan drippings.
