| Directions |
- Cook sausage in large fry pan, cook until golden brown; set aside.
- In a large bowel, mix ground beef, onion, green pepper, egg, tomato juice, brown sugar and parsley; mix well. Divide it in half.
- Place half in a square baking dish.
- Pour cooked sausage over meatloaf, and then put sliced green, red yellow pepper on top of sausage.
- Then with cheeses.
- Place the other half of meatloaf over cheese. Seal.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until done.
- Serve warm with Italian bread.
