In a sauce pan mix; sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, salt and egg yolk. Stir in gradually until smooth; milk and water. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour into cooked crust or Graham Cracker crust.
