| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a 9x13-inch pan with heavy duty foil.
- Arrange the sausage in pan.
- Mix in a bowl: sweet and sour sauce, pepper, brown sugar, and lime juice; mix well.
- Pour over sliced sausage.
- Bake for 25-35 or until sauce is bubbling. Check the sausage after 20 minutes and spoon sauce over them.
- Serve them on crackers.
