Italian Stuffed Mushrooms - Recipe

Directions
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In saute pan brown sausage meat. Once cooked through, remove to plate lined with a paper towel to drain.
  • In a mixing bowl combine the sausage with all ingredients through the parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  • Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray
  • Fill each of the mushrooms with approximately 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture and then place in the baking pan.
  • Bake in a 350 degree F. oven for approximately 30 minutes or until stuffing is golden and mushrooms are cooked through.
  • Serve and enjoy!

-6 1/2 ounces Premio Fresh Sweet Italian Sausage Meat
-3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-3 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley, minced
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
-14 large white mushrooms cleaned with stems and gills removed
- Non-stick cooking spray
